Read a labelA dosage number needs a product context.
“Lion’s Mane dosage” can refer to whole mushroom powder, an extract, a capsule or a liquid. A number from one label cannot be carried over automatically to another product.
The brand’s Lion’s Mane product page describes a standard serving of 2 mL. That product-specific direction is the basis of the liquid example. Check the current bottle label and ask your healthcare professional for individual advice.
Common questions
How much Lion’s Mane should I take?
Use the current directions on your specific product and advice from a qualified healthcare professional. This calculator translates entered quantities; it does not decide the correct amount for you.
Does body weight determine my Lion’s Mane dose?
This tool does not apply a weight-based formula. Weight, age, severity and duration of a concern are not used to increase a serving. Ask a clinician for individual guidance.
How long will my bottle last?
Divide the total bottle amount by the amount entered per serving multiplied by daily servings. For example, 60 mL ÷ (2 mL × 1 serving per day) is 30 days.
Can I convert capsules into liquid or powder?
Only when product-specific content and serving information support that conversion. This calculator works within one label. It does not assume two extracts have equivalent potency.
