I started with the mushroom tincture when I realized that brain fog was treatable and a simple dropper or two in a little water or just under your tongue will help with growing new brain cells and who doesn’t want that?? Now that I am 75 I really use it religiously and I swear it works! It is so helpful and you can carry the bottle in your purse or pocket. I like it first thing in the morning!
